ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Each year, the Village of Montgomery allows residents to apply for a Property Tax Rebate from the Village. Residents must apply online to receive the rebate during the designated application timeframe. All applications are subject to approval. 


The Village Board authorized a Property Tax Rebate Program for the 2024 Tax Year. The application period runs from November 1 through December 31, 2025. Applications must be completed online. Please note due to the weekend and New Year's holiday, in-person or phone assistance is only available through December 31 at 3:30P.

***IMPORTANT***

Before completing the online application, locate a copy of your county tax bill. If you do not have a copy, please obtain it online from the county where your property resides.
